Running, Coed - Dates available around the first of the year!
SMC Running Camps are dedicated to all aspects of the sport including skill development, strategy, competition and mechanics. Athletes will learn leading edge running drills, core and strength development and flexibility activation. They will have their running form both analyzed and critiqued for optimum efficiency. There will be discussions with professional distance runners on how to be the best, as well as discussing modern training theories and the components needed to maximize their potential.
Saint Mary's College is very fortunate to have some of the finest coaches in Northern California. Head coach Marty Kinsey is proud to bring aboard associate head coach, Tom Kloos, who has competed professionally and coached multiple national champions including multiple Olympians and world medalist. All camp instructors have been chosen for their extensive knowledge of the sport and their enthusiasm to work with children and young athletes.
Saint Mary's Running Camp/Clinic
Clinic will focus on flexibility activation drills, enhanced running drills, complex core, running technique, training theory, and more. You will hear from world class runners what got them to the next level and how you can push the limits in both body and mind to be your best.

6th grade to 12th grade session
