VB | Kjersti Strong Named AVCA Pacific North All-Region Honorable Mention

LEXINGTON, Ky. — As just announced by the AVCA, Kjersti Strong has been named an honorable mention member of the All-Region team for the Pacific North region. Already a first team All-WCC honoree, Strong now adds All-Region to her impressive resume after a stellar 2023 campaign. She is the first Gael to earn All-Region honors since 2013.

Kjersti led the Gaels with 308 kills and 161 blocks this season. In fact, she led the entire WCC in total blocks and blocks per set (1.5). Kjersti was a big reason as to why the Gaels earned their best finish in the WCC since 2018.

Kjersti will graduate from Saint Mary's this Spring after a stellar two-year career. She will graduate as the program leader in career hitting percentage (0.313), while appearing in the Saint Mary's top-10 in five other statistical categories.
