AS A SENIOR (2020-2021)
Cross Country: Did not race during the 2020 cross country season
Track: One of a handful of Gaels to compete in seven meets during the 2021 track season...began the year by racing in both the 800m and 4x400 relay at the Spring Break Invitational...one week later at the State Center Invitational, Lance ran the 800m in 2:05.95 which gave him an eighth-place finish...had his best 1500m time at the Bryan Clay Invite on April 17 with a time of 4:16.40...ran his first collegiate 400m on May 8 at the West Coast Distance Carnival and finished in 54 seconds.
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Did not compete for the Gaels during the 2019 cross country season
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted an 11th place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:07.70…ended his year at the Cal Opener with a 9:23.94 in the 3000m, which stood as a personal best.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
Cross Country: Competed in four races for the Gaels during his freshman season ... Ran a 27:21.3 at the first meet of the season (San Francisco Invitational) and his first meet as a Gael ... Placed 66th at the West Coast Conference Championship with a time of 27:03.4.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S
Was part of four straight Oregon School Activities Association 6A cross country state championships at Central Catholic High School in Portland, Ore. ... Won six letters in cross country (4) and track (2) ... As a senior, was named first team all-Mount Hood Conference and all-OSAA honorable mention ... Ran the 1,500 and 3,000 in track, posting personal bests of 4:08.45 and 9:01.82, respectively ... Also broke the 16-minute mark in the cross country 5,000 ... Named "Best Teammate" of 2016 cross country season.

Why Saint Mary’s: “I walked into the office and saw that an entire wall was painted showing the trails surrounding Saint Mary’s and then I knew that I’d like it at Saint Mary’s.”
Hobbies: “I really like playing spike ball and painting”
