AS A SENIOR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Did not race for SMC during the abbreviated 2021 spring season.
Track: Raced at six different meets for the Gaels during the 2021 season...started the year and ended the year with his best finishes...opened the year with a 2:04.79 in the 800m, good for 15th, at the Spring Break Invitational...at the SCU Bay Area Duals, he ran in both the 800m and the 4x400m relay, where he finished fifth overall in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:03.18...helped the Gaels finish sixth in the 4x400m.
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Did not compete for the Gaels during the 2019 cross country season
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted a 14thplace finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:11.08…ended his year at the Cal Opener with a 9:26.93 in the 3000m, good for 23rd overall…both results earned him personal bests.
AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Cross Country: Ran in all six races for the Gaels including the NCAA West Regionals ... Received first place among the team in every race during the 2018 season ... Helped the men's team to a sixth place finish in two of the races during the season which was the highest team finish of the year ... Finished in 11th place at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 24:40.4 ... Had the top finish for the Gaels in the NCAA West Regionals at 45th place (30:32.0).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Gaels … Finished 108th in 31:45.2 (3rd finisher for SMC) at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships … Came in 42nd in 25:40.0 and finished among four Gaels in the top-50 … Was the Gaels’ fifth scorer and finished 52nd in 25:53.3 in the West Coast Conference Championship meet … Ran in 31:45.2 and finished 108th in the NCAA West Regional.
Track: Ran personal bests across four different distances while competing in six meets during the season ... His 5,000-meter time of 14:30.93 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20) was the third-fastest time in program history ... Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 at the Sacramento State Open (May 5), running personal bests of 1:57.85 and 3:57.91, respectively ... Ran 30:56.71 in his first collegiate 10,000 meters at the Portland Twilight Meet (May 12) ... Also ran in his first collegiate indoor meet on Feb. 11, running 8:27.23 in the 3,000 at the UW Open.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Cross Country: Showed promise in first season with Saint Mary's .. best time of 25:06.5 at Stanford Invitational where he came in 68th ... Came in 50th in 26:36.5 at the West Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 28 ... Finished 139th in 32:37 at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 11.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S:
A three-time letter winner in both cross country and track for at Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon ... Specialized in the middle-to-long distances (800 meters, 1,600, 3,200), earning a top-10 finish in the mile at the Diablo Athletic League finals in 2016 ... Helped the Wildcats win back-to-back DAL championships in 2015 and '16 ... Was also a member of DVHS' 2016 North Coast Section championship team ... Earned team awards for Most Improved, Most Inspirational, Coaches' Award and Wildcat Award.
