AS A SENIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Did not compete for the Gaels during the 2019 cross country season.
Track: Competed in just one meet for the Gaels in 2020…posted a 4:26.89 in the 1500m at the Cal Opener on March 7, good for 23rd place overall.
AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Cross Country: Competed in one meet for the Gaels during his junior season...Raced a 29:22.7 at the Capitol Cross Challenge on September 29th.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Track: Ran in seven meets specializing in the 800 meters ... Posted his career best of 1:56.42 in the 800 at the season-ending Portland Twilight meet (May 12) ... Broke the two-minute mark in the 800 at each of his last three meets and four times overall on the season ... Lowered his time in every 800 race he ran during the spring, going from a 2:00.83 at the season-opening UW Indoor Open (Feb. 11) to his first sub-2:00 800 of the year (1:58.26) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (March 31) ... He then went under 1:58 at the Sacramento State Open, posting a 1:57.83 (May 5), before setting his personal best a week later in Portland.
Cross Country: Competed in three races during his first collegiate cross country season as a redshirt freshman ... Was the sixth Gael to finish the Nature’s Bakery Nevada Twilight and finished 18th in 17.49.6 (5 km) ... Ran in the dual meet versus Santa Clara and finished 28th in 20:13.4 (6 km) ... Also raced his first collegiate 8 km at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational on Oct. 14 (28:15.1).
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Track: Competed in seven meets for the Gaels in his debut season ... Specialized in the 800 meters, running a season and personal best of 1:57.55 at California's Brutus Hamilton Open in Berkeley (April 28) ... He would break the two-minute mark in the 800 three consecutive times to close the season, including his first time with the PR at the Brutus Hamilton Open ... Ran his first collegiate 1,500m in 4:15.35 at the East Bay Invite at Chabot College in Hayward ... Turned in a season-best 1,500m in 4:12.99 at the Sacramento State Open (May 6).
Cross Country: Redshirt season.
