AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2021-22)
Cross Country: enjoyed his best cross country season to date during his final year as a Gael...finished inside the top-12 at the first three races of the season, including consecutive 12th-place finishes to begin the season at the San Francisco Invite and the UCR Invitational...became the second Gael on the season and the sixth Gael in program history to finish a race in under 24 minutes when he completed the Bronco Invitational in 23:53.8, good for sixth-place overall and the fourth-fastest time in SMC history...ended his season at the NCAA West Prelims, finishing in 31:00.9, the seventh-fastest time in a 10k in Saint Mary's history.
Track: did not compete during track season.
AS A FIFTH YEAR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Competed in both races during the abbreviated 2021 spring cross country season...finished sixth overall the Jessup Invite on February 6 for his best finish of the season...improved by 11 seconds during the WCC Championship with a time of 26:44.4...named WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
Track: Raced in six different meets for the Gaels during his fifth year of action...set a personal record in the 1500m at the Fresno State Invitational with a time of 4:00.31, nearly breaking the 4:00-mark...finished eighth in the 1500m at the State Center Invitational...ran in his first-ever 10000m at the APU Last Chance Twilight and finished 11th with a time of 30:52.18 (seventh-fastest Gael all-time)...scored a ninth-place finish with his best 5000m of the year at 14:42.62 during the West Coast Distance Carnival, which makes him the third-fastest Gael in the 5000m.
AS A SENIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Did not compete for the Gaels during the 2019 cross country season
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted a ninth-place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:07.13…ended his year at the Cal Opener with an 8:37.32 in the 3000m, good for fifth place and a personal best…both results finished top-five in times among the Gaels in 2020.
AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Cross Country: Ran in five races for the Gaels during the 2018 cross country season ... Often came in as one of the top runners for the squad ... Placed 20th at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 24:55.2 ... Raced and came in second place on the team (31:04.0) at the NCAA West Regionals.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Cross Country: Competed in all six races … Finished at 104th (2nd for the Gaels) in 31:40.3 at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships … Came in 43rd in the West Coast Conference Championship meet … Finished 36th in 24:35.2 at the Bronco Invitational and gave the Gaels three in the top-40 … Came in 23rd place in 25:23.0 and gave the Gaels three in the top-25 at the Joe Piane Invitational.
Track: Ran the 1,500 and 5,000-meter races across five meets in his debut track season ... Ran his first collegiate 1,500 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 31, then lowered his time two weeks later at the Woody Wilson Open on April 14, running a season-best 4:07.01 ... Posted his season-best of 15:01.35 in the 5,000 at the Sacramento State Open (May 5) ... Ran his first 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, posting a time of 15:10.41 (April 20).
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Cross Country: Ran a strong debut season for Saint Mary's ... Best time of 25:13.70 at Stanford Invitational on Oct. 1 where he came in 77th ... Came in 51st in West Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 28 with time of 26:36.5.

Athletics: Team Captain in 2014/2015, Mt. SAC School Record Holder, was Awarded “Dragon of the Year” in 2015. Ran personal bests of 2:03.47 in the 800m, 4:24.89 in the 1600m, 9:24.89 in the 3200m, and 15:28.9 in 5K.
