TRK | Martinez Earns His Second Shamrock Student-Athlete of the Week Award

MORAGA, Calif. - Eric Martinez has earned his second Shamrock Office Solutions Student-Athlete of the Week award for his performance at the West Coast Last Chance Meet.
Martinez paced the Gaels in the 3000 meters as he was the first Gael to finish coming in third place out of 19 overall. He ran his fastest time, coming in at 8:30.06.
He continued to represent Saint Mary's as he took fourth place and ran another personal best in the 1500 meter with a time of 3:51.89.
The Sophomore has won the most Shamrock Office Solutions Student-Athlete of the Week award for the men's track and field team and continues to be one of two men on the team to have earned this award.
