2012 (Senior): Set a new lifetime personal best for 8K at the Bronco Invitational (25:21), improving by nearly 40 seconds from last year's performance...placed 54th overall (26:19) in a difficult final WCC Championship race to propel the Gaels to a 6th place team finish...improved by more than 1:30 in his final NCAA West Regional (10K) to finish in 33:01
2011 (Junior): Saw huge improvements with healthy base training...improved at every race from previous year...ran as #2 Gael for majority of season...at Stanford Invitational, improved by over three minutes (26:12)...season best race came at Bronco Invitational in 26:09...finished 49th at WCC Championships in 26:50...continued improvement into spring season, setting personal bests at 1500m (4:07.94), 3000m (9:05.3), and 5000m (15:32.76)...placed 14th overall in the 5000m at Johnny Mathis Invitational
2010 (Sophomore): Lost parts of early season due to injury...came back to run 27:38 at Bronco Invitational (8K)...took 47th at WCC Championship meet with a time of 28:26...improved 1500m personal-best by over twenty seconds to run 4:11.61 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational
2009 (Freshman): Ran in all seven races for the Gaels as a freshman...finished fourth for the Gaels in his debut at the Hornet Jamboree (4mi) with a time of 22:42... ran a season-best 8K time of 27:04 at the Doc Adams Open...finished fifth for the Gaels at the WCC Championships (8K) with a time of 28:15
High School: Comes to Saint Mary's by way of Kea'au, HI, where he attended the Kamehameha Schools...lettered in five sports for the Warriors: cross country, track & field, golf, tennis, and soccer...named to the All-Big Island Interscholastic Federation Team for cross country and soccer in his senior year
