At Saint Mary's: Will fight for a top seven spot in 2013-14 … gained great experience racing on the varsity level as a freshman.
2012-13 (Freshman): Made continual improvement all season...best 5K of the season was at Bronco Invitational (18:58), a lifetime personal best for the distance...improved 6K personal best by over 30 seconds in her first WCC Championships placing 65th overall (23:21) ... ran solid opening T&F season for the Gaels … best mark was 18:28.08 for 5K at the SFSU Distance Carnival
High School: Attended James Logan High School in Union City, Calif. where she competed under longtime coach Lee Webb for two years...lettered in cross country and track & field both years...in only her second cross country season, she placed second at the 2011 Mt. SAC D1 Varsity Blue race senior year (18:51)...went on to win the MVAL championship and place seventh overall at the NCS Championship (18:29)...earned All-NCS Third Team accolades...high school bests include 10:39.61 (3000m), and 18:29 (3 mile XC)
Personal: Born Tiffany Arielle Monsalud...plans to major in Biochemistry...in her free time, enjoys being with friends and family as well as going on outdoor adventures
