
Tara Prosak Bio

Tara Prosak was hired as the Assistant Coach at Saint Mary's College prior to the Gaels' January 2017 season.
Prosak comes to Saint Mary's from a similar program as Head Coach, Alicia Florin. Spending 2014-2016 in England, she was a local development officer for the English Lacrosse Association. Prosak was responsible for spreading the sport by recruiting players, arranging lacrosse related events and managing up to seven teams at one time which included a season at Oxford University coaching the school's first and second team. In addition, Prosak had the opportunity to work with the U19 Development Team for the English National Academy as a Goalkeeper coach in 2015-2016.
Before England Prosak was involved in various youth programs and camps throughout her collegiate career.
A four-year starter, Prosak played in goal for Nazareth College and served as team captain her senior year. Prosak was an All- Conference selection all four years earning First Team honors for the Empire 8 Conference in 2013 and 2014, as well as, being named Goalkeeper of the Year for the conference both years. Additionally, she received IWLCA Regional honors in 2014 with selection to play in the Senior All Star Game.
Prosak graduated from Nazareth College in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and extension in Sports Management.
