MBB | SMC Adds Game Versus Sonoma State to Benefit Grateful Gatherings

MORAGA, Calif. – The Saint Mary's College men's basketball team announced today the addition of a 31st game to its schedule, Sonoma State, on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. inside McKeon Pavilion.
The Gaels had an opportunity to add an extra game to its schedule and partnered with Grateful Gatherings, a local non-profit to provide a way to give back to the community.
The game versus Sonoma State will be free for all fans to attend, with free parking and a free game ticket. Donations day of the game will be encouraged and staff from Grateful Gatherings will be on hand to take cash or credit or donations via text message.

Grateful Gatherings provides furniture and household items to people transitioning from homelessness. On Feb. 1, Saint Mary's staff and student-athletes will be renovating a home by providing furniture and household items for a foster youth group home for girls in Pittsburg, Calif.
Your support will help provide funds for furnishing the home and creating a peaceful space in the backyard where the young girls can play and recharge. Grateful Gatherings is a 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible.
