MORAGA, Calif. - The Yale Bulldogs came into Moraga 8-5 after a narrow 4-3 loss at Cal on Saturday and feature a roster with four California natives. That led to a rowdy crowd at the Korth Tennis Courts with strong support for both sides, as the Gaels came out on top 4-2 over the Ivy League stalwarts.

Saint Mary's took the doubles point when Felipe Rincon and Caelan Potts defeated Michael Sun and Wolker Oberg 6-1, and Mathis Moysan and Carlos Ramos Membrives combined to beat Theo Dean and Aiden Reilly 6-4.

On the singles side Potts defeated Cody Lin 6-4, 6-0 and Ramos Membrives took down Luke Neal 7-5, 6-4 to put the Gaels up 3-0. The Bulldogs made it a 3-2 match, before sophomore Mathis Moysan defeated Sun 7-6, 6-7, 6-2 to seal the victory for Saint Mary's.
