Mission:
To develop and maintain a NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic program, which attracts national recognition to the College by:
- Providing student-athletics with an opportunity to compete successfully in an intercollegiate athletic program that is an integral part of their educational experience.
- Exhibiting integrity and academic achievement at the highest level; and
- Consistently competing for conference championships and opportunities to compete for NCAA championships.
Operating Values:
Attract a diverse population of student-athletes who have high academic standards and will embrace the mission of the College and the Lasallian, Catholic, and Classical Liberal Arts traditions.
Support a comprehensive life skills program emphasizing personal responsibility for a health, safe lifestyle, free of NCAA banned performance enhancers or substance abuse.
Provide a personalized learning environment with equitable participation opportunities for student-athletes to develop their leadership potential.
