MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's Athletics is pleased to announce the 43^rd Annual Gael Golf Classic, presented by Chevron and Syufy Enterprises, is set for May 9 at the Moraga Country Club.
 
The event begins at 9:30 am with breakfast in advance of the 11:00 am tee off. As in the past, the Gael Golf Classic will have a shotgun start at 11:00 am and the event will feature a four-person scramble. Following the event, at approximately 4:30 pm, there will be a 19^th hole reception in the clubhouse.
 
Entry fee for a foursome is $1,500, and this fee includes breakfast, green fees, cart, range balls, lunch, on-course contests, tee prizes, awards, and refreshments. If you are unable to fill a foursome and would like to participate as an individual, please contact athleticdev@stmarys-ca.edu to inquire about availability. Entry deadline is set for April 29. This event sold out last year, so make sure you get your foursomes in before the deadline.
 
There will be a corresponding online silent auction in conjunction with the 43^rd Annual Gael Golf Classic, present by Chevron and Syufy Enterprises. You do not need to be present at the event to participate, and items can be picked up on the Saint Mary's College campus, or they can be mailed to you.
 
All proceeds from this event benefit the Galloping Gaels Fund, which supports student-athlete scholarships, facilities, operating budgets, and academic support.
