VANCOUVER, Wash. — The final meet against West Coast Conference foes takes place this weekend for Saint Mary's as they prepare for two championship races after Saturday's Portland Invite. The Gaels head up to Vancouver, Washington to take on Portland and Seattle in races that will get them ready for the WIRA Championships and the WCC Championships.
THE DETAILS
Saint Mary's Gaels vs. Portland Pilots and Seattle Redhawks
Saturday, April 16 in Vancouver, Washington at 9:00 am
LAST TIME OUT
Saint Mary's ventured out to the great state of Nebraska for the Creighton Invite two weeks ago. The Gaels raced in a similar format to what they did at the Hornet Invite, with races in the morning and in the afternoon. Their first varsity eight posted times of 7:18.6 and 7:26.8, with their second run falling just three seconds back of the Drake varsity eight.
