MBB | Gaels Announce Date for Third All-Star Classic

MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's Men's Basketball announced on Monday the scheduling of the third Gaels All-Star Classic, presented by Common Interest Management. The third installment of the All-Star Classic is set to take place on Sunday, July 17 inside University Credit Union Pavilion, highlighting alumni weekend.

This marks the first time in five years that the All-Star Classic has been played on campus, with the most recent All-Star Classic taking place on June 25, 2017. The first-ever Gaels All-Star Classic took place in 2014.

Much like the previous two All-Star Classics, there will be two games played on Sunday, July 17. At 2:00 pm, an alumni game, open to all former players, will serve as the undercard inside University Credit Union Pavilion. At 4:00 pm, the All-Star Classic will take place, featuring current Gaels on professional rosters. Complete rosters, player participation information and other details will be released throughout the weeks leading up to the event.

General admission tickets for the Gaels All-Star Classic, presented by Common Interest Management, are on sale now and can be purchased by clicking HERE. Tickets start at just $10, with $20 lower general admission seats also available.

All season ticket holders who renew their seats for the 2022-23 season by June 15 will receive complimentary tickets to the All-Star Classic, which will be their designated seats for the upcoming season.

The Gaels had one of the better seasons in recent memory during the 2021-22 season, winning 26 games and finishing the season ranked No. 18 in the country, earning a five-seed in the NCAA Tournament, their best seed in program history. The Gaels won their sixth-ever game in the NCAA Tournament, and finished the year a perfect 16-0 at home, the first time they've done so inside University Credit Union Pavilion.
