Rayna Stanziano Wins Her First Shamrock Solutions Student Athlete of the Week For 2023

MORAGA, Calif. - Rayna Stanziano has won her first Shamrock Office Solutions Student-Athlete of the Week Award this year for placing second overall in the Pacific Invite on Friday.
Stanziano has been the Gaels top finisher each time she's competed and has helped SMC to come out on top. She helped the Gaels finish first at the Pacific Invitational and second in the Waves Invitational.
At the Pacific Invitational, Stanziano finished with a time of 20:46.7, the sixth fastest in program history. She now owns the top six spots in the cross country record book, and seven of the top-nine spots..
Stanziano competed in her first race of the season at the Waves Invitational where she placed third with a time of 14:01.7 (4K).
Stanziano and the Gaels will next compete at the Bronco Invitational Saturday, October 14.
