MBB | WCC Releases Conference Men’s Basketball Slate

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — The 2023-24 WCC Men's Basketball schedule has just been released. The Gaels head into the 2023-24 season as the defending WCC Regular Season Champions, and will look to defend that title against their conference foes this season.
Saint Mary's will begin their 16-game conference slate on the road at USD (Jan. 4) and Loyola Marymount (Jan. 6), before returning to the friendly confines of University Credit Union Pavilion to take on Portland (Jan. 11). The Gaels will then return to the road to take on Bay Area foes Santa Clara (Jan. 13) and USF (Jan. 20). After a three game homestand, capped by a Wednesday night showdown with Santa Clara (Jan. 31), the Gaels will get their first look at defending WCC Tournament Champions Gonzaga in Spokane (Feb. 3) to cap the first half of conference play.
Saint Mary's will remain on the road following their trip to Spokane, taking on Pacific (Feb. 6) and Portland (Feb. 10), before returning to Moraga for a three-game homestand. In the final week of the season, the Gaels will head south to Malibu for a matchup with Pepperdine (Feb. 29) before welcoming Gonzaga back to UCU Pavilion in a matchup that could decide the WCC Regular Season Title (Mar. 2).
