SB | Aryanna Gonzales Rounds Out Incoming Class of 2024 For Gaels Softball

MORAGA, Calif. — The Gaels recently inked their eighth member of the incoming class of 2024, as Aryanna Gonzales has chosen to continue her academic and athletic career at Saint Mary's College. Hailing from Murrieta, California, Gonzales is the second Southern California product to sign with the Gaels for the incoming class of 2024.
Spending her prep career at Vista Murrieta High School, Gonzales is a consistent offensive threat from the left handed batters box, and has shown the ability to produce with both the slap swing and the traditional swing. In the field, Gonzales is a rangy outfielder who is most comfortable in center, but also has an ability to play middle infield. Last season, Gonzales led the Broncos to their first 20 win season since 2019, helping her squad all the way to the CIF Southern Section Division II Quarterfinals, their furthest trek into the playoffs since 2016.
Gonzales joins an incoming class of 2024 that already features Mackenzie Daley, Julia Medina, Dominique Oliveira, Kiah Silva, Ella Thurman, Kiara Vasquez and Mia Zabat. Gonzales is one of just two primary outfielders in this incoming class, with Kiah Silva being the other.
