Saint Mary's most beloved member, Gael the mascot has become not only a symbol of the Athletics Department but also one of the College's top ambassadors within the Lamorinda community. Gael has become an integral part of the overall fan experience at athletic events. SMC fans young and old have been entertained by the lovable and mischievous antics as he roams the sidelines and stands at athletic events each year. In addition to athletic events, Gael has been known to frequent various campus and community events throughout the year while representing the Athletics Department and the College in a positive manner.

Gael Appearance Request
Thank you for your interest in having Gael appear at your event. Please review the following Terms and Conditions and fill out and submit all items on the Appearance Request Form. A representative of the Saint Mary's College Athletics Department will be in contact shortly to confirm Titus'  availability for the appearance. All requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date and time.

Gael Appearance Terms and Conditions
1. All appearances are subject to the approval of the Saint Mary's College  Athletics Department.
2. Appearances are subject to the availability of the student and weather conditions if outdoors.  
3. Event organizers must provide a private, secure place for the student to change and store belongings for the duration of the appearance.
4. Event organizers must provide parking for the student.
5. Event organizers must provide water for the student.
6. If the event is during normal meal times, event organizers should provide food/snacks for the student, when possible.
7. Please understand that due to insurance, liability, and costuming constraints, Gael is unable to perform certain actions. Please provide as much detailed information as possible regarding the nature of the appearance in the Appearance Request Form.
