HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKET RETURN ACCOUNT?
FIRST TIME USERS -
1. Go to TicketReturn.com.
2. Select 'Help Me Find My Account' at the top of Ticket Return home page.
3. Enter the information requested then select 'Find My Account.'
4. You will be to enter a security phrase. The answer to your security phrase is a ONE-TIME Pin Number located on your invoice under your season ticket description. Contact the SMC Ticket Office via email smctickets@stmarys-ca.edu if you cannot find Pin Number. In the body of the email include your account information (name, customer ID, email, phone number, and address).
5. Your account information will be displayed. Complete missing fields (i.e. username) and update information.
6. Once updated, select 2019-2020 Men's Basketball to renew your season tickets.
RETURNING USERS -
1. Go to TicketReturn.com.
2. Enter your username and password in the 'Customer Login' box. Select the 'Customer Login Arrow.'
3. Your account will be displayed. Review your information and update any changes.
4. Once updated, select 2019-2020 Men's Basketball to renew your season tickets.

When season ticket holders renew their season tickets by the dates outlined below they will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the prizes listed below. Accounts must be paid in full by 12pm PST on the date(s) listed below to be eligible. Deposits will not qualify you to win prizes. If you renew at 12:00pm PST on March 2nd, you will be eligible for the prizes listed under the Match 2nd deadline.
