Alex Greiner joined the Gaels athletics department in July of 2025 as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance.
Along with his new role, Alex currently works as a Golf Performance Coach at Perform For Golf in El Cerrito. There, he creates specialized exercise programs for golfers of all ages and levels. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Strength and Conditioning intern here at Saint Mary’s from 2024 to 2025.
Alex received his Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology in 2023 from the University of Florida and his Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology in 2013 from Fresno State. Alex works with the Saint Mary's women's soccer, men's cross country, rowing, tennis and baseball programs.
