No stranger to SMC basketball, Holden Wright enters his third season as the Gaels Director of Operations in 2025-26. Prior to this promotion, Wright spent two seasons as a Graduate Assistant for Coach Bennett and the Gaels, and four seasons as the team’s manager in his time as an undergrad.
An East Bay product, Wright attended De La Salle High School in Concord, where he was a member of two NCS Championship winning teams and one NorCal Open Division Championship winning team. He graduated from Saint Mary’s with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2021 and a masters degree in organizational leadership in 2023.
