Ahead of the 2026-27 campaign, Holden Wright has been named the Saint Mary's Men's Basketball Director of Player Personnel. No stranger to SMC basketball, Wright enters his 10th season with the Gaels, spending three years as the Director of Basketball Operations, two seasons as a Graduate Assistant, and four seasons as the team’s manager in his time as an undergrad.
An East Bay product, Wright attended De La Salle High School in Concord, where he was a member of two NCS Championship winning teams and one NorCal Open Division Championship winning team. He graduated from Saint Mary’s with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2021 and a masters degree in organizational leadership in 2023.
