
Men's Basketball Drops 68-57 Decision To Pepperdine

MALIBU, Calif. (AP) - Boomer Brazzle scored 21 points on 8-of-11 shooting as Pepperdine beat St. Mary's 68-57 on Saturday for their 12th straight win.
Pepperdine (17-6, 10-0 West Coast) led 31-23 at halftime and took advantage of 22 St. Mary's turnovers to remain the only undefeated team in the West Coast Conference.
Reserve Gary Colbert added 10 points for Pepperdine, which made 6 of 14 3-pointers.
Chase Poole and Adam Caporn had 14 each to lead St. Mary's (7-16, 2-8), which shot 34 percent from the field and 30 percent from 3-point range (6-of-20).
