Two Administrators Accept New Positions

Moraga, CA - Former Saint Mary's College Associate Athletic Director of Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator Stephanie Shrieve was recently named Associate Athletic Director/Senior Woman Administrator at UC Irvine, announced by UC Irvine Athletic Director Bob Chichester on Friday. Also, former Assistant Athletic Director of External Affairs Andy McDowell recently accepted a job with Learfield Communications in corporate sponsorships and marketing for Fresno State. While at Saint Mary's, McDowell was named a graduate assistant Sports Information Director in 1997, before becoming Sports Information Director from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, McDowell was named Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Media Relations.

Stephanie Shrieve recently accepted a position at UC Irvine

Shrieve was hired at Saint Mary's in 2000 as Associate Athletic Director of Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator and held her title for the past four years. At UC Irvine, Shrieve will hold a similar position and will provide leadership and assistance for the department's compliance, campus, conference, NCAA and government rules, regulations and policies.
