Gael Force is the official student spirit section of the Saint Mary's Gaels!
- Created in 2001
- Largest student organization on campus!
- Two-thirds of the entire undergraduate population at Saint Mary's are members
The student section plays a vital role in the success of our men's basketball team and other SMC athletic teams. Gael Force's support and enthusiasm has made Saint Mary's one of the toughest places to play on the West Coast. The club has enhanced student spirit and participation on campus. Membership is open to all students of Saint Mary's College!
Membership benefits include:
Free admission to all Saint Mary's home athletic events (priority to premium games)
Exclusive Under Armour Gael Force t-shirt each year of membership
Priority lower level seating at home men's basketball games (limit 700 students)
Invitations to exclusive Gael Force socials, tailgates and events: Madness in Mckeon
Free bus transportation & game ticket to 1 local men's basketball away sporting event* (ex: Santa Clara, Stanford, USF) *pre-determined by athletics
