MORAGA, Calif. — In honor of the Gaels' memorable 2018-19 season which saw them reach the NCAA Tournament for the second time in the past three years, members of the Saint Mary's men's basketball team will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the San Francisco Giants game on Tuesday, April 9.
The game will take place at Oracle Park in San Francisco at 6:45 p.m. as the Giants take on the San Diego Padres. The Gaels will be honored on the field shortly before the game.
April 9 is also Saint Mary's College Night at Oracle Park and fans can pick up a limited edition Gaels-Giants blanket at the ballpark with the purchase of a special event ticket. Those tickets can be purchased by clicking here.
