MBB | Kuhse Named to WCC All-Academic Team

SAN BRUNO, Calif. — The West Coast Conference announced their All-Academic Team for men's basketball today and selected to the team was Gaels' redshirt junior guard Tommy Kuhse.
Kuhse owns a 4.0 GPA while studying kinesiology in the graduate program. On the court, the 6'2" Mesa, Ariz. native leads the team with 109 assists which is good for seventh in the conference and is also second in the WCC is assist-to-turnover ratio. He has started in 15 contests for the Gaels this season while recording a career-high 20 points in Saint Mary's win over Long Beach State.
To be considered for the All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to his team.
Saint Mary's returns to the court tomorrow evening to face Santa Clara. More information about the contest can be located on the Gaels' schedule page.
