MORAGA, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced their Women's Tennis All-Conference awards Wednesday afternoon, which saw
Jordan Harris included in the honorable mentions list.
Harris played consistent tennis all season long, posting a 7-10 overall singles record. She was even more formidable on the double's courts, teaming up with her senior counterpart
Lene Mari Hovda. The experienced SMC pairing went 12-7 in the final season together, earning a #87 ranking in the NCAA national doubles team rankings.
Harris' best weekend of the season came against Eastern Washington, which saw Harris and her partner Hovda win their doubles match 6-3, before Harris went on to win her singles match 6-2, 6-1. Her strong serve and formidable return shots were her staples all season long, and propelled her to another solid season competing for the Gaels.
This marks the second consecutive season Harris has been named to the All-Conference team, after she was included in the All-WCC Doubles First Team with Mariia "Masha" Kozyreva.
