MORAGA, Calif. - The West Coast Conference announced the 2025 women's tennis preseason poll with Saint Mary's selected fifth with 31 votes. The Gaels went 5-3 in conference play last season before losing 4-1 to LMU in the first round of the WCC Tournament. Head coach Katharina Winterhalter returns seven players from last year's squad including All-WCC Second Team selection Iman Khan and double Honorable Mention Olivia Rook. 

The Gaels 2025 spring schedule will kickoff on Friday, January 10th as they remain in the Bay Area and head to Berkeley to compete in the Cal Winter Invite. Saint Mary's has made the conference tournament two of the last three seasons and will look for their second straight appearance in late April.
