AS A JUNIOR (2023): One of the Gaels two starting middle blockers who helped the team to lead the WCC in blocking…Started every one of Saint Mary's 107 sets this season...Tallied 184 kills while hitting at 0.397, the highest single season hitting percentage in program history and the second best in the WCC this year…Finished second on the team with 101 total blocks…Opened the season with 26 kills and no errors in her first three matches, including a program record 10 kills on 12 swings and no errors (0.833 hitting percentage) in a win over Utah Tech in the Wildcat Invitational…Tied a career-high with 15 kills at home against Southern Utah…Had a season-high 10 total blocks to go along with eight kills at home against San Jose State…Named second-team All-WCC at the culmination of the season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022): Appeared in 22 games in her second season, making 20 starts...finished as one of the best middle blockers on the team, with the second-best hitting percentage (.276) and the second-most blocks (67) on the Gaels roster...her 134 kills were good for fourth-best, and second-best among the middle blockers...her season got off to a great start, becoming the second Gael ever to win the WCC's Defensive Player of the Week after her standout performances on September 9-10...she had 13 total blocks in a win over Penn on the 9th, the fourth-most in a single match in Saint Mary's history, and at the time, it was the most in a match in the NCAA...she then set a career-best with 14 kills against UC Davis in the next match on September 13...eclipsed that mark in a five-setter at home against Loyola Marymount on November 5, racking up 15 kills.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021): Only freshman to appear in all 27 matches, including nine starts during her freshman season...named to the All-WCC Freshman Team, the first Gael since Lindsey Knudsen in 2015...finished third on the team in kills with 174 and kills per set with 1.83...also was the third-best blocker on the year with 63 total blocks...saved her best performances for conference play, where she put up five of her six 10+ kill performances...had a career-best 12 kills against Santa Clara on September 28...her four solo blocks against San Francisco on October 21 are the eighth-most solo blocks in a match in SMC rally-scoring history.

PRIOR TO SAINT MARY’S: Accumulated five varsity letters (three in indoor and two in beach volleyball) at Notre Dame Academy in El Segundo...Erland was named First Team All-League as a sophomore, junior, and senior...during those two seasons Erland tabbed impressive .364 and .386 hitting percentages, respectively...named to the AVCA All-American watchlist, Erland and the Regal Gryphons look to repeat as Sunshine League Champions in their upcoming season.

What do you love most about Saint Mary’s: I love the  campus and location! I am from LA so I wanted to stay close to home but have a different environment to grow and learn in.
What do you love most about SMC Volleyball: I love the coaching staff and loving and caring relationships built within the team
