Sophomore forward Ashlyn Vaughn scored her second goal of the season last week in a 3-0 rout over UC Davis for the Gaels' second win of the season. Saint Mary's ended its two-game week with a scoreless draw to No. 14 Georgetown, extending its unbeaten streak to ten games dating back to the 2025 season. Saint Mary's currently sits at 2-0-2 and is the only team in the WCC to have not allowed a goal so far this season.
Vaughn is tied for the team lead with two goals this season while also leading the team with 15 shot attempts and four on target over her four games played. Saint Mary's will take to the field again on the road this Sunday against Big Ten member USC with kickoff slated for 2 p.m.
