
ROW | Gaels Conclude Strong Fall Season

FOSTER CITY, Calif. – The Saint Mary's rowing team wrapped up a successful Fall season with a strong showing at the Head of the Lagoon in Foster City. The day was headlined by the SMC pairs with a 1-2 finish. The varsity fours went second, third, fourth and 10th. The Gaels also honored alumni Andrea Sosa at the race.
The SMC Novice Eights were led by it's ‘A' boat finishing seventh overall.
The SMC Varsity Four ‘A' boat finished second, only being beaten by Stanford. It was one of SMC's strongest races as a team as the Gaels placed third and fourth as well.
The Gaels placed 1-2 in the pairs.
