ROW | Gaels to Compete at Head of the American For First Race of the Season

MORAGA, Calif. – The Gaels will hit the water this weekend for their first race of the season at the Head of the American on Saturday.

Saint Mary's will put five boats in the water on Saturday as they will race two varsity eight boats and three varsity four boats. The Gaels will compete against WCC-rival San Diego, as well as opponents from the Pac-12 such as Cal, Oregon, and Washington State. The varsity eight boats will take the water at approximately 2:20 p.m., while the varsity four boats will race roughly an hour after. The races will take place locally at Lake Natoma.
