MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's (4-3) will look to host two contests this week as they will face off against Oregon on Friday at 2 p.m. before taking on Fresno State on Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Gaels are coming off their second shutout of the season as they easily swept San Jose State 4-0 in their home opener last week. In the contest, Mariia Kozyreva claimed her third win of the season as she overcame her opposition in straight sets. Lene Mari Hovda and Danielle McIntyre also picked up wins in singles action on Courts 3 and 5, respectively.

On doubles courts, doubles duos Kozyreva/McIntyre and Hovda/Liesl Pieters each secured victories for the Gaels to complete Saint Mary's shutout win.

OREGON
The Ducks currently own a 6-4 overall record this season with a 5-1 at home posting. Oregon is coming off a close 4-3 victory over Northern Arizona after dropping a contest to Illinois the day prior. Julia Eshet leads the team in the No. 4 spot as she remains undefeated with an 8-0 posting while going 9-1 on the dual match season. In doubles action, tandem Uxia Martinez Moral and Myah Petchey are 7-1 overall while going 6-0 in dual matches. 

FRESNO STATE
The Bulldogs hold a 7-5 record as they recently tallied their fifth loss of the season against Gonzaga with a final score of 4-2. In the match, Fresno State managed to claim two wins in singles action and a victory on doubles courts but it was not enough to overcome the Zags. The Bulldogs will look to take on Oregon in Moraga on Saturday before facing off against the Gaels on Sunday.
