LAST TIME OUT
The Gaels continued their home dominance with their fourth victory out of four at Saint Mary's Stadium in a 2-0 victory over CSU Bakersfield last week.
Suzuna Shibukawa broke the deadlock after six minutes, when she stole the ball deep in the Roadrunners half and slotted in. She was also on have to provide for
Taylour Mendoza to cut inside and fire into the far corner mid-way through the second half. It was the first of a four-game home-stand for Saint Mary's as they look continue their impressive home form in the final two non—conference games.Â
ABOUT UC DAVIES
The Aggies will travel to Saint Mary's Stadium following two consecutive victories and shutouts, with a 4-0 win at Idaho State before winning 1-0 against Sacramento State. UC Davies could provide a strong test for the Gaels on Thursday afternoon having held the Hornets to just one shot on goal while peppering their goal with 17 shots, 11 on target.Â
ABOUT NEVADA
It is a different story for the Wolfpack who will visit Saint Mary's Stadium off the back of four defeats. Three of their five total defeats are by just a one-goal margin, however, finding the back of the net has been a struggle for Nevada so far this season, with five goals in six games to the Gaels' 11 in seven games.Â
