BERKELEY, Calif. - The Saint Mary's Men's Tennis Team got wins from James Watt and Thibaud Maxant on Saturday afternoon in Berkeley, but the Cal Bears got the overall 5-2 victory in the Gaels dual-match play opener for the season at the Hellman Tennis Complex.

Watt's stellar senior season continued as he defeated No. 15 Yuta Kikuchi 6-2, 6-2, and Maxant bested Mikey Wright 2-6, 6-1, 6-2.
