CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Saint Mary's freshman Aiden Lee had his best round as a Gael on Monday, finishing round one at the Lewis Chitengwa Memorial 2-under par after shooting a 69 on the par-71 course.
 
Lee is 1-over par for the two rounds overall with a 74 in round two, and SMC's top three golfers are all in a cluster together in the player leaderboard. Connor Reis is just one stroke behind Lee at 2-over par with a 70 and a 74 in the first two rounds, and Kristian Bressum is 3-over with a 71 and a 74.
 
Reis and Lee are both tops on the Gaels in birdies with seven each. Saint Mary's as a team sits at 11th of 15 teams at the tournament.
