

TRK | New PRs For the Gaels in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. - The Saint Mary's Track and Field team competed at the Fresno State Invite with new PRs for both the Women and Men.
The Women's Team:
Three Gaels went above and beyond, one finishing with a school record and two heat winners. Jaden DeSauza hit a school record in the 400 meter Hurdles finishing in 12th with a time of 1:02.84. In the 400 meter dash, the Sophomore Maddie Dwyer clocked in right under a minute finishing first in heat three, 12th overall. McKenna Burrows finished first in heat six with a time of 13.58.

Caden Hein not only placed first overall in the 5000 meter runs, but hit a new PR of 14:43.65. Dropping the most time at the Fresno State Invite for the Gaels is Curtis Volf who previously held a time of 15:35.11 and now has a PR of 14:49.09.
Bryan Cromartie hit a new PR by 5.51 seconds, clocking in at 4:07.46 in the 1500 meters, followed by Moss Michelsen finishing 0.68 seconds faster than his previous time as well.
