At the Charles Bowles Invitational, freshman Audrey O'Connor led the way for Saint Mary's, taking 20th overall in a field of 235 runners in her first collegiate 5k. O'Connor also finished second among Gaels and 39th overall in her previous run at the Saint Mary's Invitational. Next up for the Gaels was the familiar sophomore pairing of Courtney Fitzgibbon and Zoe Leach, who finished in 18:13.9 to take 25th place and 18:22.0 to place 30th respectively. Rounding out the top five Gael finishers was the junior pairing of Jane Harig and Ava Luczkow, with Harig crossing the finish line in 18:36.2 to take 45th overall and Luczkow at 18:46.4 to earn her personal best 5K time.
