Cross Country: Did not compete during cross country season
Track: In the spring, Fox competed in 10 meets…set a best time and finished 9th in the indoor mile at the Portland Indoor 1 with a time of 4:20.72…best time in the 3000m at the West Coast Twilight with a time of 8:44.86…3rd fastest on team…best time in 1500m at the Cardinal Classic with a time of 3:58.93…3rd fastest on team…best time in 5000m at Mike Fanelli Classic with a time of 15:27.67…4th fastest on team
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
Cross Country: Ran in a trio of races for the Gaels as a sophomore...all three of his time were improvements, and all three of his finishes came inside the top-40...finished 11th overall at the Pacific Invitational on October 1 with his second-best time of the year, a 26:31.2...broke the 26-minute mark for the first time in college at the Bronco Invitational, where he finished 31st with a time of 25:52.0.
Track: began the season with a bang, setting a personal best in the 800m by breaking the 2-minute mark and finishing in 1:57.39, scoring a fourth-place finish...broke the 2-minute mark again at the Hartnell Open on April 23 with a 1:58.33, good for seventh overall...during that same meet, helped the Gaels finish second in the 4x400m relay, with the team finishing in 3:33.00...one week later at the Fresno State Invitational, ran his fastest 1500m of his career, finishing in 4:00.59.
AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
Cross Country: Competed in both races for the Gaels during the shortened 2021 spring season...began his collegiate career with an 11-place finish at the Jessup Invite, where he finished the 8k race in 27:14.
Track: Raced in six different meets for SMC as a freshman...began his strong finish to the year at the Fresno State Invite where she ran in the 800m and 4x400m relay...PR'd in the 800m with a time of 1:59.50 and helped the Gaels finish fourth in the relay...in his next event, the 1500m at the West Coast Distance Carnival, he set a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:01.66...capped off his season with one more PR, at the SCU Bay Area Duals, by finishing the 3000m in 8:55.76, finishing 11th.

A graduate of Ridgeview High School in Bakersfield, CA
Athletics: 3X Central Section Championship (2017,2018,2019), DIII CA State Championship (2018). Ran a personal best 1:59.06 in the 800m, 4:27.89 in the 1600m, as well as 15:29.5 in the 3 mile, and 16:21.9 in the 5K.
