Biography
AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Appeared in all 26 games for the Gaels and made 25 starts during her fourth season in Moraga...finished third on the Gaels with 27.3 minutes per game and 11.5 points per game...shot 46.1% from the floor to pace Saint Mary's, while knocking down the third-most three-pointers with 22 (finished at 37.9% overall from beyond the arc)...was efficient from the free throw line, shooting 85.7%...added 3.8 rebounds per game, 2.3 assists per game, and 0.9 steals per game...became the 24th player in SMC history to score 1,000 career-points when she knocked down a triple against LMU on January 23...owns the second-most assists in program history, standing just two shy of the 400 mark...in the record book in other categories such as three-point field goal percentage (6th), games started (6th), and free throw percentage (7th)...was named All-WCC Honorable Mention following the season, the first time in her career.
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): One of two Gaels to start all 31 games during the 2019-20 season…averaged 12.6 points per game to finish fourth-best on the team…finished top-five in the WCC in assists with 137, tied for the 8th-most in a single season in program history…also added 4.8 rebounds per game to finish as one of the most well-rounded players on the Gaels…had a streak of three-straight games with 10 or more assists from November 30-December 15 (10, 13, 11), with the 13 against Cal Poly standing as a career-best…two of those games became double-doubles…launched a season-best three made three-pointers as part of a career-high 33-point effort in a December 30 win against Santa Clara…starting on December 21, began a streak of 14-straight games of at least 10 points.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Earned Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor on December 3 … Made 30 appearances for the Gaels and started in 28 games … Finished second in the conference in three-point field-goal percentage (.444) … Completed the season ranked third in the conference with a 2.1 assists-to-turnovers ratio … Scored a career-high, 20 points and seven rebounds on March 11 versus Gonzaga in the WCC Championship Semifinals … Dished out a career-high, 10 assists versus Cal Poly on Dec. 1 … Collected four three-pointers two times during the season against Portland (Jan. 5) and No. 14 Gonzaga (March 11) … Tallied a career-high, four steals on March 1 versus Pacific and a career-high, two blocks four separate times throughout the year.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Named to the 2017-2018 West Coast Conference All-Freshmen Team ... Started every game at forward as a true freshman and averaged the third-most minutes per game (28.4) on the team ... Made a team-best 41 3-pointers and was the WCC’s best 3-point shooter at 42.3 percent from beyond the arc ... Handled the ball well in her first season of collegiate basketball, finishing sixth in the WCC with a 1.69 assists-to-turnovers ratio ... Was 13th in the WCC and second on the team with 3.2 assists per game (98 total) ... Also averaged 7.1 points and 2.8 rebounds per game ... Scored a season-high 15 points versus Indiana on Nov. 25, in which she went 5 for 6 from deep ... Made her Saint Mary's debut with a spot in the starting lineup on Opening Night at No. 20/25 California on Nov. 10, scoring eight points, grabbing three rebounds and dishing three assists ... Dished a season-high nine assists and tied season high with six rebounds at Santa Clara (Feb. 24).
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY’S: Holland helped lead her Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, Calif.) High School team to three CIF State Championship games during her career, winning a Division II state title in 2014-15 and finishing runner-up in both the 2013-14 and 2016-17 seasons ... Under Holland's leadership, the Monarchs won three straight West Catholic Athletic League titles, two CIF Central Coast Section titles and three CIF NorCal titles ... She also enjoyed individual accolades, being named the WCAL Player of the Year, Mercury News Player of the Year and CIF CCS Player of the Year by Cal-Hi Sports Bay Area in 2015-16 ... She was named first-team all-WCAL for three straight years and twice named to the Mercury News all-Bay Area first team ... She averaged double-figure scoring and at least 8.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in each of her final three seasons at AMHS ... She was a career 52 percent field goal shooter in high school while also making 34 percent of her 3-pointers and 76 percent of her free throws.
