AS A JUNIOR (2024-25): In her first season as a Gael, Mali Ennis played in six games and tallied 13 minutes of action... She played a season high four minutes in the team's WNIT game vs. Texas Southern (3/20/25)... Recorded an assist in the team's 64-44 win vs. Pacific (1/11/25).Â
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S:Â Skyline JC
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24): Ennis played in 29 games and made 28 starts... Averaged just under seven minutes per game, 9.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and shot 38% from the field and three-point range... Ennis put up a season high 14 points twice in games against Siskiyous and San Francisco and also recorded a season high 11 rebounds in a 68-47 victory over College of Marin... Ennis finished her JC career as Coast Conference Champions and was named to the All-Coast Conference Second Team and was a 2024 All-Academic Team recipient for the second straight year.Â
AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23): Ennis played and started in 29 games... Tallied over 184 minutes on the season and averaged 6.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game... Shot 27.5% from the field and helped Skyline College to a second place league finish with an overall record of 17-13... Named to the All-California All-Academic Team in 2023.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ennis attended St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco where she was a four-year varsity basketball player... Were crowned champions of the Marin Catholic Tournament and was an All-Tournament team selection and WCAL Honorable Mention recipient... Her father, Robert Ennis, played basketball at Saint Mary's in the 80's and her great grandfather, Eddie Erdelatz, played football for the Gaels under legendary head coach Slip Madigan.
