PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S
Originally from Elk Grove, Gray began her collegiate career at San Francisco State, redshirting as a true freshman. After transferring to San Joaquin Delta College for her second year of college volleyball, Gray demonstrated a killer instinct with every attack, tallying a remarkable 506 kills in 31 matches, averaging over five kills per set. On top of her strong offensive play, Gray added 222 digs (the most of any Delta hitter) 55 aces and 61 blocks (both second most on her team). A four year varsity player at Elk Grove High School, Gray helped her prep squad to its first postseason berth in six years, taking the Thundering Herd to the 2023 CIF San Joaquin Section Division II tournament as a senior.
