Moraga, CA - Saint Mary's head baseball coach Jedd Soto announced the signing of Cody Guymon to a National Letter of Intent to play baseball for the Gaels on Monday morning. Guymon, a senior from Livermore High School, will join Saint Mary's beginning in the fall.
Guymon, a catcher at Livermore High School, has lettered in baseball for four years. Guymon hit .435 with six home runs, four doubles and two triples in 18 games his junior season. This season, Guymon is a Puma All-American, and is hitting .419.
"I'm excited about Saint Mary's and the coaching staff has been great," Guymon said. "I look forward to contributing to the team next year."
