Senior (2009): Named The West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Year...also named to the All-West Coast Conference First Team...led the WCC in digs per set averaging 5.23...set a new career-high with for digs in a season with her 437 dig in the win over Gonzaga on November 19...set a new Saint Mary's single-season record with her 509th dig...named to the Marriot Courtyard/Fairfield Invitational All-Tournament Team...notched a team-high 509 digs, averaging 4.80 dps...has recorded double-digit digs in 28-straight matches...recorded 20 or more digs 11 times...notched 25 digs on September 13, against San Diego State...notched 21 digs against No. 6 California on August 29...recorded 27 digs in the win over Portland on October 22...notched a season-high 32 digs in the five-set win over Pepperdine on October 31...in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament against UC Santa Barbara she recorded a team-high 17 digs and four assists...against No. 4 Stanford in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament she recorded a team-high 26 digs with three assists...has tallied 20 service aces...she is the all-time leader in a single season for digs per set with a 4.80 dps average, and she is the all-time leader in career digs per set averaging 4.08 dps.
Junior (2008): Played libero for the Gaels in 21 matches...posted 19 double-digit dig matches, including a season-high 31 against Pepperdine on October 2...had ten or more digs in six consecutive matches during conference play, including 25 against San Francisco on October 16 and 23 versus Loyola Marymount on October 30...had a career-high four aces on November 13 against No. 13 San Diego, helping the Gaels to a 3-1 win...dished out four assists against LMU and Santa Clara...finished the season with a game-high 14 digs against New Mexico State in the first round of the NCAA tournament...led the Gaels and was fourth in the conference in digs with a 3.76 average...totaled 353 digs, 31 assists, and 19 aces on the year.
Sophomore (2007): Led the team in digs and aces with 434 and 37 respectively...posted 10 or more digs in 20 matches, 20 or more digs in eight matches, and 30 or more digs in two matches...recorded 31 digs in the Gaels' five-game victory over Pepperdine on October 20...tallied 27 digs in her next outing as Libero against Portland on October 25...scooped up match-high 26 digs versus No. 14 San Diego on October 6, while also adding one ace...posted a match-high 12 digs versus San Francisco on October 4...tallied two aces and 19 digs against Portland on September 29...picked up a team-high 22 digs and four aces in a thrilling victory over CSU Bakersfield on September 22...picked up a game-high 17 digs in the Gaels' three-game sweep of Cornell on September 21...tallied 15 digs and four aces versus UC Davis, while playing at the libero position on September 14...scooped up a game-high 25 digs against UC Santa Barbara on September 13...posted 16 digs against No. 17 Cal Poly at the Stanford Invitational...chipped in 20 digs and three aces versus No. 9 BYU...recorded a career and game-high 39 digs versus Fresno State, etching her name in the all-time NCAA record books `for digs in three-game match (ranks third)...played in all 28 matches for the Gaels.
Freshman (2006): Played in 14 matches as libero and defensive specialist...recorded a career high 28 digs versus Pepperdine on November 9...tallied double digit digs in four consecutive matches to end the season versus WCC opponents Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount, Gonzaga, and Portland...finished the season with a total of 119 digs and averaged 2.69 digs per game.
Bellarmine Prep High School: Attended at Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma, WA...was a four-year letterwinner in volleyball and tennis...named Most Valuable Player of the Narrows League in 2004 and 2005 and was named to the First Team of the Narrows League in 2003, 2004 and 2005...named to the News Tribune All-Area Team and the First Team All-State in Washington...was named a Prep Volleyball All-American...Tacoma Weekly Prep Athlete of the Year...won the Washington State 4A doubles championship in tennis in 2003, 2004 and 2005, along with the league and district championships.
Personal: Born in Lakewood, WA... daughter of Bert and Katie Fisher...dad played football, basketball and baseball in college and mom played tennis...best friend is sister Kristie who attended Montana State...attended Bellarmine Prep in Tacoma, Washington...played tennis since 3yrs old and all through high school...won Districts three years in high school and state 2003, 04, 05, 06...also plays tennis at St. Mary's and loves it...mentor through college has been the legendary Mandy Bible who is playing volleyball overseas...favorite food is sushi and would live off of it ideally...goal for senior year is to play a match without skids/palm protectors...majoring in Kinesiology...chose St. Mary's for the small class sizes and great coaching staff (and their table tennis skills) and beautiful location...after school plans on traveling and teaching tennis in Australia for a year with friend Suzie.
