Career: Played two seasons at Saint Mary's after playing as a freshman at Arizona State, spending a redshirt season at UC Riverside and a JC season at Citrus College ... registered two-year SMC averages of 8.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game .. appeared in 60 games in two seasons as a Gael, starting 10 ... averaged 21.1 minutes per game ... set a SMC career-high with 23 points at Pepperdine on Feb. 24, 2007 ... SMC career-high of six rebounds at Portland on Feb. 12, 2007.
As a Senior (2007-08): Played in 32 games and avearged 20.7 minutes per game - all off the bench ... averaged 8.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game ... shot .446 from the field and blobked eight shots on the season ... scored a season-high 20 points against San Diego State, aided by a Saint Mary's-high 10-14 from the free throw line ... registered double-figures in scoring 13 times during the season ... grabbed season-high five rebounds twice, vs San Diego State and San Francisco ... scored 17 points in WCC Tournament game against San Diego.
As a Junior (2006-07): Played in 28 games, including 10 as a starter...averaged 7.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game...scored in double figures 10 times, including a career-high 23 points against Pepperdine on Feb. 24...shot 42.5 percent from the floor, 37.8 percent from 3-point land, and 79.1 percent from the free throw line...in conference games he shot 45.2 percent from the floor, 47.8 percent from behind the arc and 76.5 percent from the line...best offensive performance came on Feb. 24 against Pepperdine when he scored a career-high 23 points shooting 9-for-15 from the floor, 3-for-6 from the 3-point line, and 2-for-2 from the free throw line...on Dec. 17 against number eight-ranked Connecticut, he scored 15 points shooting 5-for-10 overall...scored 11 points against San Diego going 3-for-4 from the floor, 1-for-1 from 3-point land, and 4-for-4 from the line...also had 40 assists, 13 steals, and one block.
As a Sophomore at Citrus College (2005-06): Started all 31 games that Citrus College played...averaged 25.0 points per game while playing in 34.2 minutes per contest...was the top scorer in the Western State Conference and was second in the state of California...led the team in scoring in 28 times...scored in double figures in 29 of 31 games...topped the 20-point mark 24 times and scored 30 points or more nine times... earned First Team All-WSC honors...scored a school record 750 points...led the Owls with 95 assists and ranked second on the team with 46 steals.
As a Sophomore at UC Riverside (2004-05): Redshirted the season.
As a Freshman at Arizona State (2003-04): Missed nine games with the broken nose and pneumonia and also was limited in practice for much of December and January with a hamstring problem...played for the first time since Dec. 22 in Jan. 29 game at Washington State...had season-high 10 points at Washington on Jan. 31...had surgery on nose on Jan. 6...posted eight points vs. McNeese State (Dec. 22), vs. Temple (Dec. 9) and vs. Cal State Fullerton (Nov. 24)...also had season-high five boards vs. Temple.
High School: Played three years on varsity at Canyon Springs High for coach Jeff Stovall...averaged 20 points, six boards, four assists and three steals in senior season and was a First Team All-CIF selection...was named the Ivy League Most Valuable Player and the Riverside County Player of the Year in 2003...was a second team all-state selection...an All-CIF Southern Section Division I-A First-Team pick...averaged 16 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals in junior season...earned second-team All-Riverside County honors in 2002...ESPN.com ranked him as No. 27 in its May of 2003 recruiting update, and also had him as the sixth-best shooting guard...was ranked No. 63 in the final CBS SportsLine recruiting rankings and No. 68 by Bob Gibbons All-Star Sports Report...Clark Francis had him as the No. 23 shooting guard in Basketball Times...Earned First-Team Long Beach Press Telegram Best in the West honors in his senior year, as high school players from Arizona, California, Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Nevada are ranked by 25 voters.
