WASHINGTON STATE
The Cougars dropped their season opener to Utah State on Tuesday night 72-61 despite a game-high, 27 points scored from Borislava Hristova. Washington State was the more efficient shooting team (47.8), but a late, Utah State run sealed the win for the Aggies.
