MORAGA, Calif. – Saint Mary's College baseball signed 11 student-athletes for the 2021 season during the fall signing period, adding to an impressive core group that is coming off a second-place finish in the West Coast Conference championship tournament. The incoming class is made up of one student-athlete from a community college, and 10 student-athletes from high school.
 
The announcement was made by head baseball coach Greg Moore. The signing period opened Wednesday, Nov. 13 and runs through Aug. 1.
 
This dynamic group of future Gaels includes, four left-handed pitchers, two right-handed pitchers, two catchers, two infielders, and an outfielder. Eight hail from California, while two come to Moraga from Arizona, and one from Nevada.
 
"This class is four things, deep in quality pitching, strong in makeup, full of impressive students, and built on Gaels who love to work on the baseball field," Moore said. "Coach Jordon Twohig, coach Riley Goulding, and the rest of our coaches did a fantastic job of welcoming in Gaels that this college will be proud of."
