MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's will compete in their second fall tournament this week and take a trip to Santa Barbara County for the La Purisima College Invite beginning Monday morning.

THE LINEUP
Head coach Scott Hardy's lineup will feature the same five Gaels as the previous tournament: Blake Hathcoat, Ethan Ashbrook, Michael Slesinski, Ethan Farnam, and Ryan Grauman.

Evan Peterson, Jonathan Curran, and Dylan DeProsperis will also be competing as individuals. It will Curran's first collegiate tournament after redshirting last season. 

THE FIELD
Three other West Coast Conference schools will compete in the four-team tournament: BYU, Loyola Marymount, and San Diego. All three teams competed in the Gaels' last tournament earlier this month. 

LAST TIME OUT
In Saint Mary's first event of the fall season, they finished fourth out of five teams at The Club at Pasadera. The Gaels jumped out to a hot start in the tournament and were tied for second heading into the final day but hit a rough patch on the back nine to drop two spots. 

Ashbrook posted the best score of any Gael golfers at 4-under overall to finish tied for 12th out of 41 competitors. Hathcoat trailed closely behind by just a shot to finish t-14th.
